Recipe: Frozen Banana Ice-Cream
Ingredients:
- Peel Bananas
- Cut bananas in half, fourths, or 1/2” slices
- Freeze
Preparation:
Run frozen bananas through your juicer. Some juicers have a “blank plate”, if so, use the blank plate to make ice cream. Frozen ice cream can be made without a blank plate feature. Just run the bananas through the juicer and the frozen banana ice cream will come out where the pulp is ordinarily extracted.
Frozen banana ice cream can also be made with a food processor or high-speed blender. Add a little almond milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
